iPad vs Netbook for a sports fan

if you want to spend a lot of money get an Ipad

but if you want something that just gets the job done id get a cheap laptop. Most netbooks are not great with multiple video streams. And NBA league pass broadband is the online service for games

dad has a ipad, cool at first then it just wears on me.... cant stand it... typing on the thing is a chore, misclicks galore and it doesent have flash.... but if your going to be using this thing on the road (lunch breaks, vacation, where wifi not avaivle) i would probably go with it....but if your using it at home and work where wifi availble the netbook is a no brainer for me

I don't mind spending the extra few bucks for an iPad, if it's worth it...

I heard that about flash, it's hard for me to know how bad not having flash will hurt me...

Than get the mac air or buy a good used mac book with the intel chip and have sent off to be turned inot a true tablet

I have a HP mini and am happy with it. Cheap as chips at sale price of $199 too.

By far netbook wins, just like a pc

IPAD not even close to a pc and very very incompatible with many websites

IPAD is ok just for Apps and games
