i just moved back to florida so i had some time off to mess around, kept gambling later and later each night so now i fall asleep at around 5 am. that is just not good enough i hate that. i know some ppl like to just pull a single all-nighter to fix it but without some stimulants im not up for that either. so im going to go "around the horn" as they say. meaning fall asleep 3 hours later each night. and in about 4-6 days ill be back to a normal sleep schedule
