"The Hangover" sucks...

I couldn't get past the idea that there would be something that you wouldn't remember anything while being conscious and functioning at the same time. I understand the movie was taking liberties with what really happens in real life. But on the other hand it has to be somewhat believeable.

I did find some parts pretty funny though.

No WAY! Guy was friggin' hilariious! And added a lot of funny moments to the film. Especially after he leaps out of the trunk and starts beating on Bradley Cooper.

I'd ordinarily agree with this, but if you noticed, it was not just teenagers repeating lines after this movie... I'm 40 and every one of my friends loved this movie and repeated lines for months on end. Many of whom are actually intelligent, critical thinkers.

By the way, I performed in the finals of a comedy contest alongside Dane Cook back in the day... I resent his massive success, but the guy is talented... good physical comedian.

Smart people can like bad movies. It has been known to happen. And you saying you are 40 as if its some kind of statement about maturity is hilarious with the Hit Girl avatar.

The Hangover was a mediocre comedy, but after so, so many bad movies, it looked better than it was. Hot Tub Time Machine also falls into this category of "modern" comedies that just aren't good, but what else you going to watch?

I'd rather watch Fantastic Mr. Fox over either of those films any day of the week. It was intelligent and funny. Didn't have to sink to the lowest common denominator.

He's really not funny. He makes up for this by being loud, making bizarre facial expressions, running around on stage and laughing at his own jokes. He also rips off other comedians and is a well-known asshole. I don't get it.
