Sharp post dad. You are exactly right, and to be honest I try to be a leader in life. I without a doubt in my mind, would have jumped in and helped this guy. About 3 years ago I was at the Cubs game and a fight broke out between like 7 mexicans and one white kid. They were beating on him pretty bad so what did I do? I ******* gang tackled like 3 of them at once, punched one of them, got punched in the face, my hat stolen, and a bloody finger somehow. All 7 mexicans took off running and the police let us go.

I know the feeling....when I had my jeep several years back...some a'hole broke into it....forget the fact that he could have just unzipped the damn tarp or window...but instead knifed through it....I came out the next morning and was pissed since who keeps anything valuable in a Jeep knowing the easy access....so anyhow they stole my ball cap from the dash and 3 CD's...total value..less than $30....and I had to pay $275 for a new zip window. Lesson here....apparently ball caps are a commodity among petty theft low lifes!
