You could substitute "Western Union" with "customer service email responses" and it would be the same answer.

I've emailed them a few times over the last week with questions I'd like answered BEFORE I open an account with them.
They have not responded to me yet, and its been 5 days since I sent the last one. I guess they have enough customers already.
