    Baltimore Orioles World Series Champs...
Will the Orioles win the World Series in the next 30 years?
I just don't see it happening being in the same league as the Red Sox and Yankees, and especially now with Tampa Bay looking good with a young team.

When do you guys think the Orioles will have a chance of winning the World Series? (or even make the playoffs).

probably not. I just don't ever the Yanks/Red Sox not spending huge money which really puts them at a disadvantage. THEY WILL NEVER have an easy schedule.

exactly...they keep thinking millwood will be back to his ways from several years ago...isn't going to happen...every game that dude pitches in the orioles have no chance at winning...only decent pitcher they have is guthrie and decent might be a stretch...but for them he is their ace...and they can't get any runs when he pitches

Sounds good! Wouldn't mind seeing a change out of the AL East. I'm just glad TB is doing something.

                            **** YES!

Steinwatchamacallit is gone so Yanks have no chance. BoSox some shit. Rays some shit. Orioles have Camden Yards best ballpark so they will win this for sure.

They will never win it unless they have an owner willing to spend big money.

The Cubs have a better chance of winning the World Series before they do

Tigers went from worse team in the league to World series the next year.

Rays went from worse team to World Series the next year.

A few missing pieces and they could make a run. They have some decent hitters.

Gotta get some young prospect pitchers.

                                      .
seeing how Matusz (and even Bergesen) has pitched well in the past, but is inconsistent. I really think they need better managers first off. Maybe their new manager, Buck Showalter, will change things around. Seems like a decent coach for a bad team. Managing record: http://www.baseball-reference.com/ma...howabu99.shtml
