I found their website but it either doesn't answer a few questions or I just can't find the answers.

How long roughly will it take to get a VC to france?

Do you need to speak french to join?

Is a euro still worth roughly 2 dollars? (pretty good salary if this is so)

How binding is the 5 year minimum contract? what kind of penalty will you get it if you try to get out of it?

I've heard that it's not that hard as presented in the media. The first years you can't own and drive any kind of motor vehicle. You don't have to speak french but you'll learn it there. I don't know when was the last time you checked the forex but now the euro is approx 1.3-1.4 usd. As far as i know you can't break your contract the first 5 years.
