is this the biggest thread in forum history?

40,000+ replies and still about half the year to go and the playoffs.

EOG has a 100k goal for a thread but thats only at about 50k and its been going on for a year or so. Besides paco's thread the next highest threads at SBR are the sportsbook withdrawal delays, late night time roll call, and the first post of the day thread. All those combined and tripled barely reaches paco's thread.

No disrespect to Paco, as he is doing some great work in the thread, but it's more the fact that the thread becomes an "in-game thread" for every one of his picks that creates the inflated numbers.

what do you expect the thread to be full of????? A thread is about vies. If posters feel they should make that thread their ingame thread, where they go first to post, or stop in to say hi, that says something about that thread. What's it supposed to be full of? Please answer me that?

same problem i had in my nba threads. it became an in game thread and i rarely posted in it myself while the games were going on. the thread paco has is a winning thread so it gets attention.

There's nothing wrong with it, it's just slightly misleading. There are a lot of other cappers making money just as Paco is, but these threads don't get filled with a play by play of every pick, and if they did they'd be a lot bigger. It's Paco's style that leads to this and thats perfectly fine but it doesnt necessarily making him the best. Cheers.
