Booking records are required by law to be available to the public (with certain exceptions, such as cases involving juveniles). It didn't take long for me to discover that the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department (the agency responsible for operating all the correctional/detention institutions of Los Angeles County) has absolutely no record of your arrest or booking. Common sense would dictate, then, that you are either a) not Jack Douglas, or b) full of shit.
I'd say it's the latter.
Now is your oportunity to tell me I'm wrong. And as you fabricate your story, keep in mind that I am fairly well-versed in criminal law and procedure.
