Who here wears socks with sandles

or mandles or whatever they are called. I don't wear long white stripe socks but i do wear low cut black socks that cover about an inch or 2 of my ankles.

I have probaly the worst looking cracked back heal you ever seen on my left foot . no lotion i have used yet works

i was told by a woman today men are not supposed to wear socks with sandles. Even saw a personal ad that said please do not respond back if you wear socks with sandles

Melt butter

Go to grocery store and you are going to need to buy lots of butter

about 100 sticks of butter

melt every one and pour melted butter into bucket

soak foot in melted butter for 30 minutes atleast 3 times a week

apply procedure up to 5-7 times

if problem still exist seek medical attention

As for your cracked heel, at night before bed you need to soak your foot (or during a shower), get a pumice stone and pumice the heck out of it. That removes the hard, dead skin build up. Then put on a heavy lotion or some baby oil gel all over your foot. Put on cotton socks and go to bed. You will notice a difference the next day and after a couple of days of this...problem solved.

I guess if it's 40 degrees you can wear socks and sandals but here in Atlanta with 95 degree weather you will sweat a lot if you do so.
