you are a musician right?you could try to make money doing singing telegrams. or Buy a cheap kareoke machine and do kareoke animation in private partys

Can't ever see myself doing karaoke animation (i'm not 100% sure what that is). The singing telegrams could be good, would people pay for those? How much would one charge? Good Ideas...Hopefully this thread can be non-stop with ideas and different people can capitalize on them in their own cities.

I agree, like the idea board here. I think buying and reselling is tough sometimes. I've done that with DSLR cameras and had decent success. I wish I knew what the next fad could be, but I have no idea just yet. Luckily Manhattan is full of trendy kids looking for a fad haha.

Not sure if anyone else has said this yet, but I would specialize in a delivery service.

Look into becoming a personal shopper.

Delivering pet food, especially cat litter, could be a nice income maker.

Also, credit card processing companies are always looking for sales reps.

Mainly it is straight commission, but you could easily hit 50 businesses a day in NYC.

Even if you signed one business a day, your residual would be worth the effort.

What would a sales rep for one of those companies do? How would I get in to that? Interesting idea.
