there have been tons and tons of games that were 2-1 final in 18 innings and hits were 14-13.. etc.

any game that goes to the 16th inning or more most always have 25 hits combined, even when it's 1-1 or 2-2..

i remember seeing a 1-1 game into the 18th inning recently and hits were like 14-14..

I lost because of a walk-off grand slam single about 11 years ago when Robin Ventura hit one out against the Braves, but got mobbed at second base, and didn't touch home. He only got credit for a single, and my over didn't win.

The famous walk off grand salami by Ventura. i swear i had that over too.. and i remember it was 7.5.. that one hurt..

hard to believe after 11 yrs and close to 30,000 baseball games later, that game is still talked about.. there hasn't been anything like that since.

Little Nicky, well when I made this post, it wasnt in the 18th inning, it was in the 10th inning.


Of course games going 18 innings have alot of hits, but not with this disrepancy. I am been gambling a long time in baseball and dont see it often
