Gotta tell you that hickory smoke has to be one
of the best smells on the earth.....

Had the ribs marinating overnite in the fridge...with some good rub...

Should be done in about 4 or 5 hours.....

Gonna be as tender as Faith Hill's butt.....

Time to crack open the first Bud...

A buddy and I went on a cross country trip years ago and stopped
at Arthur Bryant's in KC.....and a few other KC joints...stopped
at some small bbq joints in NC and Miss...it was pure heaven

Stopped at Memphis on our way back but didnt get a chance to
hit those great joints...
