How to block incoming emails using Microsoft Outlook?

Banged some chick and now she thinks were together, but my girlfriend wouldnt approve. I use Microsoft Outlook, how do i block her incoming emails to me?

Click on Message option on top then select Block Sender

Right-click the message in the Inbox ... scroll down to "Junk E-mail" and make the appropriate selection as indicated.
