I know around here (more than 3 hours North of there) it's not bad on Halloween. The rain you can not control, but it's not cold. It doesn't really get super cold until Thanksgiving or so.

since when do you believe anything that guy says? i can promise you the absolute worse case is temps in the 40's...i love it to be cool at least for a football game (of coarse i like cold as well, not bitter cold but 30 degrees and snow is ideal for me to be at a game), beats the living hell of being packed in a stadium in 100 degree weather......
