Cleveland is a waste dump compared to the plethora amount of things you can do in SoCal(Clubs/Beaches/Malls),Boston(Just hours from Manhattan/Time square), and Chicago(Without a doubt the most attractive city up North).

No NBA players wants to play in town with nothing to do, especially when your young and rich. If you just recently looked at the top most single Cities in the US, it's Chicago #1, LA #11, while Cleveland ranks right in the bottom 29 or 30.
