          its been awhile since I used the stuff.... but from what I remember one dose was like 5-10 grams. some people used a loading phase for the first 4-6 days to get the effects faster and did 5-6 doses of 5 grams each....

                  So GOLD was taking a somewhat low dosage of 1.2 grams is what you're stating..............no wonder he swithed over to steroids in the butt.

                        I did way back an was not that great

                        I started shooting roids in my ass and I saw great results as did SBR via my vids

                        I have big arms

                        Still looking into Bars so any suggestions??

                                    i know plenty about bodybuilding. there are much better ways to get your protein than down a protein bar that has 30 grams of sugar. even taken post-workout, 30 grams of sugar is still too much. do what everybody else does and have a whey protein shake, maybe have some fruit on the side

                                        True, this bar seems to have a large concentration of high fructose corn syrup. While I do condone high glycemic sugar foods post workout ONLY, it's best to use dextrose or maltodextrin to replenish glycogen stores.
