Obama's dog: elitist swine move or just stupid?
if you hadn't heard by now, the family dog flew on a separate private jet (how's that global warming working out) form barry and his family.

i think it is being blown out of proportion by some, but i also can't imagine how bad it would be if Bush had done it, so i give the conservatives some leeway.

think he likes playing the part of the President more than actually being the President. he doesn't want the work, the blame and the decision-making. just wants to be King Hussein is all.

Hey statnerds, feel free to get all the information next time.

What should be noted is the first family had to fly in a smaller Gulfstream GIII/G3 jet, which seats up to 19. The jet most recognize for “Air Force One” was too large to land at the small Hancock County-Bar Harbor Airport in Trenton, Maine.

With all the buzz surrounding the article the Morning Sentinel was required to write a clarification statement to point out that the jet carrying the Obama pet was also full of other staff members.

Since the president is always accompanied by staff and Secret Service agents, one aircraft would not be enough. Therefore, the fact that the first dog arrived in a separate aircraft with other staffers is really no big deal.

The real story is not that the first families pet arrived in a separate jet with staffers. To quote the famous radio legend Paul Harvey, “The rest of the story” is the number of vacations and golf outings the president has taken since the BP oil spill in April

          Stale -

buddy i don't care about this story at all. i don't need stories like this to confirm that he is an elitist pig, like most of the people in the ruling class (both dems and reps). i am just so thrilled it wasn't bush or some other republican.

but the guy has to be aware of appearances. he can't be so fukkin stupid and out of touch that when 10% unemployment, zero economic growth, home sales plummeting to a 10 year low, millions of Americans losing their homes, to put his dog on a separate jet. leave the mutt at home next time. the shutting down US Airspace just to get a pic of AF-1 with the Statue of Liberty in the background, shutting down NYC to take his hoe shopping and eating, flying his bitch to Paris for a shopping spree on our dime, it is all just arrogant behavior more in line with a King and Queen, rather than simply being a public servant.

shit, how many people went on this vacation?

Going after the corrupt bankers and the equally corrupt health insurance industry and getting something done is historical. A win for the miiddle class. Now it is only two wins as the middle class got absolutely destroyed when the the republicans had controll of everything but since we are a nation of nitwits, those things happen.

really, going after corrupt bankers. notice Goldman Sachs got away with everything after the dog and pony show? notice PNC just had a huge quarterly profit? notice how many 'corrupt bankers' are going to earn billions of $$$$ in 2010? you should pay more attention to actions and results rather than pretty words that everything is 'OK'...

the nation of nitwits put the dems in charge of congress in 2006. and as i have tried to explain on several occasions, only congress can spend money, not the president. he can suggest or ask for money to spent, but cannot approve it. so 4 years of dems controlling congress got America to where it is.
