#5Curious as to how much tickets were? For the Celtic vs. Man United game, the attendance was announced at 39,000 but tickets started at $90 for the nosebleeds.Comment -

#6I know the cheap seats at the Manchester United at Kansas City game (at Arrowhead) are going for $40 (cheap/nose bleeds) and they go from there. They've been advertising Wayne Rooney and he's still on Holiday somewhere in the Caribbean. Not sure what the local fan base will say when John O'Shea and Paul Scholes are the big names..lolComment -

#8Seattle is a cool soccer city I must agree. Their fans are top notch even for MLS games they show up in full force. I think that DC has the best fans tho. La Barra Brava is live throughout the entire game at RFK.Comment -

#15If soccer was funded the same way NBA and MLB are and can bring in top talent they will sell out all games. Some of the MLS teams budgets are only a couple million dollars and they still get 30-40 thousands fans with practically nobodies playing for the teams.Comment -

#25Originally posted by Ace_of_SpadesClearly not, they get there crowds and don't forget the Hispanic population in America. Soon it will be compulsory for all americans to speak Spanish.
Saying nobody in USA cares about soccer is silly, you are correct.
MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER is going to only get more and more popular.........the PHILLY UNION franchise is a huge factor in this and will continue to be.
Their stadium in Chester is fabulous and the fans will soon be regarded as the best in the league or on par with Seattle.Comment -
