i know this is not right... ********** need help
I deposited money @ SportsPlayingWorld using my credit card. I am going to do a **********. I found out how they take credit cards is for phone minutes,, On one of the deposits they called me back and I entered a code will this effect anything with that deposit. i made a total of 4 deposits... I will learn to stay with the proven books. I really could use that money and since they are done, how should I tell my credit card company.. need suggestions...

Always ask about sports gambling sites before you put money in there. That is rule number one. There are alot of people in this forum with years of experience that can help you with that stuff. Me being one, BBD being another. Next time please ask BBD or someone else before you put money at a foreign website. I feel for you brother.

I'm just naturally assuming you had money still left in your account. If not then there is absolutely no reason to charge anything back if you lost.

                I disagree.

If we stipulate that SportsPlayingWorld was a scam site dating back at least as far as the OP's initial deposit, then the OP would have had no chance of collecting any money were he to have won. This means that SportsPlayingWorld's money was never actually at risk and hence the OP never actually received that for which he paid (i.e., a chance of winning money through sports betting).

As such, I don't care how much "money" the OP has in his account -- I'd consider a ********** of the complete deposit amount fully justified.

                  I agree with Ganch.

                  BBD,

Was the theft documented on this site or another ? Was looking for the thread...

I don't know if JM filled out a complaint form or not, however he definitely has a valid claim to get his funds back knowing it's a scam outfit.

I also disagree. Since he never a chance to win anything I feel he is totally justified in trying to get back his deposit. Even if his account is at zero. Makes no difference.

you just need to be very very firm with your bank or entity you are doing the ********** with. It is your right to do a **********. You don't need to give anything to the bank to exercise that right.

                              What Card company is it?

I have Citi and Chase...both just require a signature of ********** form and a notary sign it....Both card companies have a no questions asked policy about it. Also you are 100% not liable for any unathorized charges.
