Granted I know they are RACEBOOKS ONLY but Horse racing is a sport and don't they fall into the category "market specific"
Would they get A ratings ?
other than the computer hacker team that got caught fixing pick 6 wagers i have never heard of a payout compliant
would the rating be lowered because they only offer one sport
would the rating be lowered because they use the call center in Oregon and have no clue about customer service and if that would effect an operations rating than both CRIS and 5Dimes would need another review

What are you talking about? What do you need a review of Pro-Line for? High juice but always pays, limited to 3-6 team parlays and officially you can max bet $100 per day. They do not take bets online. What else do you want to know?
