tell me about the BR management method that works best for you

Would like to hear what other gamblers have to say on the topic. I will rarely if ever chance more than 5% of my BR on a play. Usually bet 2% per play. Aim for 56 percent. 1 or 2 plays a day in all sports.
Let me know what your thoughts.
