you'll either have to upload it here (click "manage attachments" under posting window)

or upload it to an image hosting site like tinypic, imageshack, photobucket, etc, then post the url with img tags or with the image button on top of the posting window.

then under the text box where you type look for "Additional Options"
under that you should see a box that says "Manage Attachments"
click that box and you should get a separate pop up window
in that window, at the top it will say "upload file from your computer"
click one of the browse buttons and browse to the file on your computer and select it
then click the upload button
then click "close this window" button
then type some text in the text box
then submit reply
your attachment should show up with your post
if you have more than one pic, do each in a separate post otherwise they will show up as links instead of images
