Fishhead: I've played against McIrish---He makes it like he's tired( has to get up in the morning and it's getting late)----makes it like he dosent care with all in's Ace high(people respect him,and then goes in for the kill--at least on Bookmaker poker games--he's a nice guy but I can't wait to get on his table again---

Top flight? I don't know about that--I can beat this man--he's very beatable---but indeed a great poker player---I think that you give him too much credit but just the same he is good

HMM, a guy owes several K and doesnt pay it. Saying his Nephew stole his passwords and made the bets. So Dave ends up paying the debt.

Who is Patrick McIrish ?

He used to be a big time poster ( kind of like Fishhead )

He posted several thousand posts a week ( Like Fishhead )

He claim to have 100% impeccable integrity, in fact his tag line for years had been

" INTEGRITY IS A GIFT A MAN GIVES HIMSELF "

He was the first to jump on anyones balls if they were accused of reneging on a debt.

Because he claimed to be so high and mighty, he was given several "credit" wagering accounts. He got these at least in part because The Shrink vouched for him saying he was a stand up guy.

He had a bad run where he got down several thousand dollars so he started betting big. He was clearly chasing trying to win one get even. It didnt happen. He ended up owing at least $50,000 I believe.

When his agent, Dave Mahoney ( also a poster ) tried to collect Patrick McIrish made up a BS laughable story saying it was Dave's fault. dave should not have allowed such big $$$ bets. patrick claimed that it was in fact his nephew who had placed those bets.

So long story short, Dave Mahoney had to pay the debt.

Patrick claimed that his nephew was being forced to work shit jobs and would pay it back in time. Its been 7 years.

Oh yeah, the first excuse was that Dave had called Patrick's cell at 6 AM on collection day all worried asking to make sure Patrick had the 50 K. So patrick told the board he was pissed at being awoken at 6 AM and thus wasnt paying.

When the board didnt buy that, the nephew story was born.
