I live in Highland, Ca in a part of town I consider "upper Getto". Ten miles west there are some real bad are areas. Upper getto has a balanced racial mix, whites , hispanics and blacks. People come and go, often with little regards for others. I keep to myself and avoid going out at night.

Stay at cousins in szczecin Poland for about 3 months a few years ago. Poorest place I've seen. really old building with no elevator's I stayed on the 6th floor and had to walk up every time. spray painted to hell drunks and bums everywhere in his neighborhood But I never got robed, jumped, beat up ect.. If this place had a black population I'm sure I would have been very violent.

I was actually born in that exact city..

1) Wiggers will be wiggers wherever you go.
2) Wiggers may not actually be the most appropriate term, as "bro" culture is popular among SoCal whites.
3) Blacks have a marginal presence in the city; it's just about thoroughly Mexican.

4) The shitty parts of town where you have: dime a dozen 13 year old latina baby mommas and cholos walking the streets; little demons running in and out of houses with screen doors on them so you can hear nauseating ranchero music blasting out and family members screaming at eachother in Spanish; cars staked on top of each lining both sides of an already narrow, crooked street so it's basically impossible to drive down; cars on the lawn and sidewalks; shootings; iron bars and fences on all houses, etc. (it's worse in Azuza) are Mexican (lived in one when little when my parents first moved here for a couple years before moving to middle/upper class white neighboring suburb).
