Ghost picture - real or fake?

A friend of mine says he took this pic at the hospital he works at. He is standing in a back hallway, the door just past him is the entrance to the old morgue. The hospital was opened in the 70s and was originally a normal medical facility, it shut down and sat vacant for several years until it was renovated and reopened as a behavioral facility. About half the people working there claim to have had weird experiences, like hearing noises like knocking on the walls, seeing shadows, cold spots in rooms, feeling someone touch or poke them. The guy in the pic swears its not shopped, if it is its a pretty good job.

I thought you needed infrared cameras to take pictures of ghosts and it has to be extremely dark and cold to capture one on a picture.

the picture is fake...but I saw a ghost once. Few years ago I woke up around 2 am and when I opened my eyes I saw this ghost floating and passing left to the right above me and she disappeared into the wall. I'm not kidding, it was not a dream, I was not drunk or on drugs (never did drugs, don't drink more then a beer every 2-3 years)...it was an old lady and she completely ignored me. I lived there for a year, never had other problems except a raccoon had babies in the furnace...so I put my Sony speakers close to where they lived and blast 500 W of music for 16 hours...they left and never come back.
