Charge SBR points for people to PM you. I'm thinking one enforces this by checking their points log when you see a PM from someone to verify the transaction. Charging points for PMs does several good things:
* The obvious point that one cashes in on their popularity/fame.
* They'll have more time, at least theoretically.
* They'll most likely receive higher quality PMs, on average.
* Someone who really wants to reach such people will more easily be able to. They're paying points to not wait or be ignored.
