I don't know what ways you tried to download your video and TRUSt me when I say I am in noway even remotely savy about these things but did you try and load directly to SBR TV or from another source.
When I did mine I tried uploading directly to SBR and there was always a problem in doing so. I didn't have any problem uploading to YouTube though. Have you tried uploading to YouTube and then transfering to SBR TV?
I wouldn't have been able to do that either if someone hadn't been very, ummmmmmm VERY patient with me throughout the process.
