They announced the pregnancy in December. Most people usually wait to tell others that they're expecting a baby until they've at least passed the 3 month mark as the pregnancy is deemed more viable at that stage. At that time, the baby was due in May but since he was born in February he was obviously premature. It makes perfect sense.
