If he is any good at all...start small and win his way up..for christ's sake, needing $15,000.00 to start he must not trust his own ability...Geez, FH tell him to take 500/1000 and let's see how that goes...lol

biggie that makes sense but he wanted to make 80k which would be awfully tough playing at 1/2

if he is crazy enough to want to borrow 15k when he only makes 25k/year then why wouldn't he be crazy enough to play higher limits than his skill level/bankroll justified?

Florida no limit is a new market, but the pros will come to it, if it is sweeter than LV.

I'd never loan a man money to play it....he'd have to like awesome, but then he'd have the 15k already.

I don't like this loan....depends on the interest, but no way on 15k...1K maybe, see what you can do.

your right milwaukee. Guy definitely is clearly retarded or just a degenerate.

Fishead friend is either broke and needs money. or 2 he is like the other 50k Florida residents that now think they are god at poker because they have taken the CAP away from Holdem Games in state and he think he can easily turn the 15k into 80k..... which even if he had luck at the beginning say first 2 months. He would have a hell of a time turning that 15k into 80k in a year. Id say he would go broke 80% or 8 out of 10 times turning 15k into 80k

So a guy making 25k per year expects to turn a potential 15k BR into 80k without any talent or experience except for some when he played 12 years ago. He should start selling some of the drugs he is taking. I would tell him to go for it though because the money has to come from somewhere.
