Very broad question Deuce.
First off, finding a penny slot that is +EV is very, very rare.
If it's a progressive that provides the +EV, you would play maximum lines with maximum amount in all probility.
In fact, even if the machine is -ev, the best payback is usually achieved by betting the maximum possible.
