I am going to defend Lebron James here.
I don't understand why everyone is faulting him.

If the Cavs wanted him to stay then they should have signed someone worth a damn.

James tried to get Bosh to come to Cleveland but no one wanted to go there.

All the good free agents were taken and if James goes back to Cleveland he is once again stuck with no help to win the title.

Am I missing something here. People should be mad at the Cavs for not getting another player.

I BET THE NBA BUT I WATCH IT ON THE COMPUTER PLAY BY PLAY I CANT LOOK AT THESE OVERPAYED JANITORS LAUGHING AND BULLSHITTING WHILE I WASTE MY MONEY BETTING ON THESE THUGS

I WILL NOT BET ONE GAME NEXT YEAR IN THE NIGERIAN BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION AFTER I FOUND OUT THIS YEAR TEAMS ARE NOT EVEN TRYING DURING THE REGULAR SEASON THEY LAY DOWN

        1) Like CA said, this was decided, in all likelyhood, before the season even ended. Lebron game of playing it out instead of saying 'sorry i feel like i need to move on' was low.

        2) They way he did it, By holding a televised event, to basically say FU Cleveland Im out, ranks as the most callous and cruel thing a player has even done to a fan base. Im at a loss to even find a comparison to it.

The defense of Lebron should be why everyone is giving Wade such a pass - he played the whole thing up himself with the pretending to look at other teams, when he never intended to leave Miami. And the more you look at the body language the more it seems Wade was the Driving force behind all this.

Faulting him because he had to have an hour special on his "decision" like he's the ******* man of the league or something. NEWSFLASH.

You have not won shit yet Lebron so why do you think you are so special?

We put these individuals on pedestals and elivate them to some kind of God like beings. They are just guys that play sports, albeit play better than the masses but still they play sports. They are individual businessmen who's business is themselves. You can't take issue with them for taken advantage of the system that is set in place for them.

Just like with Goverment handouts and the such while I don't support people taking advantage, the system is what is at fault. If the system doesn't allow for these types of things to happen then they can't happen.

Everybody is out to make the best deal they can for themselves. If he had stayed in Cleveland sure Cleveland fans would be happy but other people would have thought he was a total schmuck for not doing what was in his best interest.

He got tired of carrying his team every night and did not want to do it anymore.

              I do not blame him

Then he shouldn't have gave himself the title of "King"

Guy is a follower not a leader, I think that much is clear.

Apparently he doesn't want to be the main man. He just wants to be the second man and contribute. Winning is winning in his eyes and it doesnt matter if he is 'The Man" on the team that does it. I think he has a lack of confidence in himself. such a shame.
