You're worth millions, why reside in CLEVELAND or YOUNGSTOWN?

By the way, this has nothing to do with Lebron, just asking.
Thanks in advance

Anyone ever see the biography dealies on tv about ex imprisoned Congressman James Trafficant,Dean Martin and Jimmy The Greek coming from there or close by?It's ethnic rust belt blue collar at it's finest and I think if you made money being in a crew there, you want to act like king sh%t by still living there.Places like those are more corrupt than the Soprano's New Jersey.Machine guns are called Youngstown typewriters there. That whole area of Beaver Falls,Pennsylvania etc.is all clannish with ethnic eastern european bohunk cliques.etc.Most people have an ich or a vowel at the end of their name. All my mom's side of the family is from there and were these type of people. My relatives all knew and worked with Namath's family.etc.The only way you got out of there was if you could play football.Everyone worked in the steel mills like in that Tom Cruise movie or Rudy. The Deer Hunter was another classic example.Just a crappy existence where everyone was unhappy but they never wanted to leave to go anywhere else. Iron City beer and a shot for the guys and they all wanted their daughters to become nuns.I have 3 relatives out there that became nuns and all their names contain the word Mary in them.Read the book called No Limit by deceased casino huckster owner Bob Stupak and you will get a good feel for how it was growing up in that area.
An outpost closer to me where I have relatives is Iron Mountain,Michigan where Izzo and Marriucci are from.I have alot of bohunk relatives there too with weird nicknames.I think if you grow up in those rust belt trowns,it's mandatory you have a nickname.
Al Bundy played for Youngstown State around the time Jaws Jaworski did.Ed O'neill Bundy actually had a training camp with the Steelers I think.
Just like in Rudy,it used to be every kids dream to play for Notre Dame from that rust belt area. Not so much anymore.

My ancestors were some of the first to settle in the Youngstown area and there is even a suburb named after one of my great-grandfathers there.
......and speaking of Iron Mountain, I lived in the U.P. of Michigan for a short stint in the late 80's.

Well I'm at about 41 degrees, but want to change that. Anything North of 40 sucks in the winter except perhaps the Pacific NW.

I've always wondered how the US was settled ( stolen) starting with the New England and Mid-Atlantic states ?
Why didn't those Pilgrim dudes say ....Hey, this Plymouth, Mass place is bogus, lets smoke a Fattie and sail down to like South Carolina where the weather is better !

He wants to be the all time individual NBA leader in points scored more than a team title, IMO. He has a good chance to make top 5-10. He's about #110 now.

I live in North East Ohio and love it. I have lived in NJ, PA, AZ, VA, and GA and spent considerable amounts of time in IN, WI, NY, DC, WV, KS and CO. Only place I might think about moving to would be Colorado. I am a American by choice, and a Ohioan by the grace of God. The South moves way to slow, the West Coast is full of weirdos, and people on the East Coast tend to be rude.

Ohio is absolutely beautiful outside of the rust belt. People are very nice. I would live there in a minute, but the job will not allow me, and I'm not taking less to live there.
