    I wish LeBron the best...
This is ridiculous. The Cavs GM is completley out of line to portray LeBron James as this big time villain. It is plain and simple, the guy wanted to win. He has been asking for the past two years for help in Cleveland. The best they brought him were Jamison and Shaq. Had they went out and got Amare when they had the chance LeBron would have been a Cav. Did you hear the Cavs with any FA interest in anyone. Did they even meet with any of the big free agents? Why should he be forced to keep coming close but never winning in Cleveland where he has to carry a team.

Sure, being upset is expected and there will always be the idiots who send death threats and burn jerseys. But why is the Cavs GM making him a bigger villain then he has to be? Making the ticket prices $17.41 because Benedict Arnold was born in 1741 is stupid and unnessecary.

LeBron was spoiled with a great team in high school with the Fab 5. Now he wants to recreat that with Wade and Bosh instead of carring Mo Williams, Delonte West, and Anderson Varejao another year. He is 25, he wants to have fun and win championships.

I hope the Cavs win 70 games and go to the Finals while the Cavs struggle to win 25.

    Good luck Bron.

At first, I thought his comments or whatever were pretty ridiculous, but I now fully support his comments.

The Cavs fans supported what he said, and that's all that matters. I don't think the guy gives a shit what you or any other non-Cavs fan thinks, and I admire that. He was speaking on behalf of their fan-base.

Lebron wanted to leave Clevland because Delonte was banging his mom.

Although I should clarify that I support both here. I fully understand why Lebron left and respect the hell out of his decision. It shows that he cares about winning more than he cares about money and his legacy. Hard to criticize someone for that...

He gave the Cavs a chance since thats him home state team. They never added anything more. They brought in a 40 year old Shaq, that wont do it.

He gave the Cavs ownership 7 years to keep bringing in more superstars and try to build a champion. They never did their part. They were happy to have 1 great player, but thats never enough to win the championship.

He gave them 7 years to do it, if he had just resigned and played out the restt of his career in Cleveland, they would have been good but never the champion. And then people would have faulted him for staying in Cleveland. They would have said he didnt care about winning a championship, that he was more concerned with being in Cleveland where he is God than in winning a title.

He was damned either way. Either way, its his choice and Cleveland should be glad he gave them 7 years. Oh and I was reasding in USA today that the value of Dan Gilberts Cavs' team has more than doubled in those 7 years so he should be thanking Lebron.

m so sick of hearing ppl say Lebrick leaving means he cares about winning, if he cared about winning he wouldnt have laid down in the playoffs....like i said he cares about easy winning, did Jordan duck and run? Kobe didnt even bail when La was shit.... if this guy cares so much why has his game never evolved? Saying that he cares more about winning than money is comical, and his legacy is now forever tainted even if Wade does carry him to some rings......

But how fast will the value be halved now?

And actually for the record, Lebron left 20 million on the table from the Cavs and took less money to go to the Heat.

They wanted Bosh and were set to do a sign-and-trade but Bosh didn't want to go there. As far as the other big time FA, they didn't have the cap room but were trying to pull off a trade, and they do have some decent trade pieces. Also, the Cavs along with most of the FA were waiting to see what Lebron decided so that they could act accordingly. It was just about 6 months ago that the Cavs were tearing through the regular season and just about everyone was ready to crown them. Going into the playoffs, the Lakers were playing like shit, no one gave the C's a chance and the Magic weren't the same with VC. If i remember correctly, the Cavs were the odds on favorite to win the whole thing going in. Then Lebron and Co. choke themselves out of it and all of a sudden 'lebron has no help' and 'the cavs never had a chance'
