it's pretty obvious that cleveland got dramatically worse, milwaukee and chicago got better, and indiana and detroit stayed crappy.
so pretty much a walkover for milwaukee/chicago in the central next year. cleveland will be lucky to get to 30 wins and quite possibly so will indiana and detroit.
for value's sake i think milwaukee at 45-1 or so to win the nba is a better bet than chicago at 11-1 but both are almost guaranteed playoff spots with their depth (assuming derrick rose/andrew bogut aren't out for most of the season)
