If BETUS.com doesn't pay can I recover my DEPT I made with them on credit card?

I have $3,000 in credit card dept locked up and with winnings a total of $12,000.00 ($3,000 of it is dept) If they burn me how can I burn them? Is a figure like this enough to black list them? Give them an F instead of a D on SBR? What can be done?

I did fill out a complaint form at SBR so I hope all will be good and I am worried for nothing. After going through a simular thing with MyBookie a few years ago it gets old fast...

Yes you can do a charge back on your credit card for the amount you deposited, the $3,000.

Give them the chance to pay you first. A charge back can be made as a last resort. Also, charge backs must be started within 6 months of your deposit.

Ok, so how long is an appropriate time to wait? I guess after going through the lies and delays with MyBookie.com some years ago and I hear the same excuses again I have no faith.

I'm hoping SBR can help me out here. How long does SBR usually take once a complaint form is submitted and is their a donation "box" at SBR? If and when funds are recovered with SBR's help?

The important thing to remember is that if you do the **********, and the ********** goes through before you get paid, you will lose all hope of getting your 9k in winnings.

Of course that is my last option.

I will see what SBR can do. Maybe I am freaking for nothing but I went by BETUS word that it was mailed, then I would have a tracking number yesterday that worked and of course the promise it would be here in 7 to 10 days.

If there are longer waits just tell me when and stick by it IMO. I don't like being lied to and hung up on. It gives me red flags! This is why I asked for help. What they told me and promised has all been wrong, misleading and now the hang up on me. SO I think they have no intent to pay.... "LEAVE US ALONE SUCKER"

You'll get paid. You might get the runaround and told 10 different things, but no one has been stiffed by BetUS since I have been on board.

they are not very helpful on the phone...try asking for ext. 1245 sharon or 1241 roxanne, they are at least pleasant while giving you the runaround. i also spoke to adam. good chance you get paid in a month or two, it doesn't help to get all worked up or yell on the phone.

Do I keep calling every day just to bug them or do I sit back and wait? If I siit back do they think I gave up? If I bug them does it cause them to just piss me off more and delay? I'm not sure what to do?

A: Simply make your request with the Accounting Department and your payout will be processed almost immediately.

1 week to process for me. I guess processed doesn't mean they actually send the check.


Note: Electronic money transfer and FedEx Check withdrawal requests made before 10am EST, Monday through Friday will be processed same-day for payout approval. Once approved, delivery will take 7-10 business days to be received.

remember if you are usa player the max they will send is 3000, if you ask for more you may have to start the process over. be patient, they do pay but it takes a cupla weeks, but its better to wait 2 weeks on winnings then lose somewhere else.

Thanks for that info... Again I was going by the info they offered when requesting a payout.

I did have to change one requests to $3,000.00

Well the tracking number works so I guess the check is in the mail so to speak. DHL however has no info on the package except they picked it up yesterday. Not delivery date, no address and no info if it was sent overnight. They said that was kind of weird but they do have it so who knows what is really going on...

I canceled most of my payout also. It looks to be good now so I'll stick with BETUS for now.
