There are still quite a few you you that registered who have not returned my emails or PM's confirming your attendance. We don't want to overlook anybody. So Please Respond asap.

Sam can we please get an updated Top 50 for those looking for travel reimbursement.

its still hard to determine all that will be getting the reimbursement until the confirmation deadline. There are many that are still not confirmed.

If confirmation of attendance isn't given by the deadline, then the room wouldn't be reserved in that poster's name.

We will go in order of signups recorded for the first 50 posters that were eligible to redeem travel reimbursements before moving to the waiting list. Rest assured that anyone who qualifies (factoring in cancellations or no-shows) will be taken care of, just as they have every year the SBR Bash has been run.
