Yes, there seems to be some confusion over what an "Action" bet is....I do believe the line will come off the board and you will get it at whatever it opens (i.e +101 to -140 or -150)...just my 2 cents

Don't stress with the updates as I just bet it as "action"....worth a gamble IMO....but I do appreciate it my friend

hmm. just in case i took action on seattles side and listed on the yanks just in case. they shouldn't cancel it should they?

99% of off-shore books and all Las Vegas books give you an adjusted line if there is a pitching change when you make an "action wager".

Your bet will not be cancelled if you bet action on Seattle if Lee is scratched. However, your adjusted line is going have you with the NYY as a solid fav.

Michael Kay is just announcing with Buster Olney...Trade isn't going to happen. Seattle was using the Yankees offer to get in a bidding war with another team and the Yankees said screw you.

The Mariners will wait until the deadline to trade Lee. This is how it always happens. They think by waiting that they can pit teams against each other and get them in a bidding war.

Sounds like Seattle started questioning Yankees prospect David Adam's ankle who was being packaged with Jesus Montero. Seattle wants Eduardo Nunez but Yanks are balking.

Montero is ranked in the Top 10 minor league hitters, Adams was a solid 2B who couldn't get time because of Cano, and McCallister was a Yanks Catching propect who was also well thought of. Sounded like the Yankees thought it was a done deal then Seattle started changing the terms and the Yanks thought they were being played and walked away. If Seattle was playing poker, they might of just lost 3 solid prospects.

If the Yanks got Lee the rumor was he wouldn't pitch for the Yanks this week or against the Mariners. The rumor is that the Texas Rangers are now the other team.

Rangers are offering up Justin Smoak (not in the lineup tonight) but there's question how a bankrupt team can take on salary. Rangers are possibly offering up Rich Harden (salary dump to even out money) and a boat load of prospects. Sounds like Lee is going to Texas.

Yanks offering up Jesus Montero is a big deal since he's ranked in the Top 10 of all minor league players and is compared to Edgar Martinez with power and he's only 20. Also he could catch which is huge for the Mariners.

No need for the Yankees to trade for Lee as they will get him as free agent after the season anyway and lose nothing.

LT agree with you....sounds like it's a done deal for Texas...Justin Smoak and 3 prospects just reported by Olney on WEPN. Rangers are talking about the 4 million dollars Lee is owed because Texas can't take on salary due to being bankrupt. He said the MLB owners won't be happy with what they've done.
