The online fees are higher - I am not sure if the book will cover the higher fees. It was also an enornous hassle to get through **'s questioning process to prove I was allowed to use my own credit card.Comment -
Online has more risk to get stopped. If you do it in person and they start asking to many questions you just say you want your money back.Comment -
