JC PENNEY is the best store in America
Boys NOBS is a cheap ass, I wont deny that. Today I just had to go get some new shoes and new clothes because I havent bought any new clothes in almost a year.

So I went to Jc Penney and checked out everything I wanted to buy. Here is the trick, you buy something really cheap that is way too small for you. Then they give you a reciept, you go home ( or in my case, the public library ), and fill out a quick online survey that takes 3 minutes, and you get to print off a 15% coupon.

Then you take back the first shit you bought and tell them its too small, you need a refund. They wont be pissed because you say look I know you wont get your commission on this, but dont worry I am going to buy a lot more stuff right now and I will come back to this register so you get the commission.

So then You go buy all the stuff you want and you can still use the 15% off coupon because its printed off the computer. It isnt on the reciept that they will take back.

So today i got 2 new paid of Nike Shoes that were originally $69 but marked down to $39 then I got 15% off on top of that.

I also got 4 new jeans, and 6 new shirts. These were all marked down by 40-50% off original prices plus I got the extra 15%, so I am really getting 45-60% off depending. This was all good stuff too, not junk that noone wanted.

I got IZOD shirts, LEVIS jeans, and Nike shoes.

so 6 shirts, 4 jeans, 2 shoes and it came out to $200.

You cant beat that, and the same shit at Sears would have been close to $400

another thing i like is that i can use my jc penny card at rite aid and cvs (drug stores) that load my pre paid cards and they allow me to do this. nice when low on cash.

You should be very proud of yourself for committing fraud.

Come on man this is not fraud. You can go in there and spend $3 on some cheap marked down deodorant, get the reciept, go do the survey, come back and use the 15% deal if you want. Just keep the $3 deodorant.

I am just saying, that makes more sense than buying the whole $250 worth of clothes the first time, then not using the 15% deal at all ( because I think its only good for 2 weeks and if I just bought all my stuff, then I wont be buying more in the next 2 weeks anyway ).

I bet a lot of people will just go there and spend $400 at once. Thats fking stupid when they could have bought one shirt, then go do the survey, come back and buy the other $380 worth of shit and get 15% off.

I guess if you dont mind spending the extra $57 for no reason then OK.

Anyway, these clothes are made in Vietnam, or Haiti or some other 3rd world country where the workers probably get .15 cents an hour if their lucky. Then we pay $30 for an Izod shirt that probably cost $3 to make. Who is comitting fraud here ?

                        It is far from fraud.

A much more fraudulent activity would be buying something you need once ( for like a wedding) then returning it !
