using instadebit to deposit at PIN

when i go to the deposit drop down menu at pinnacle there is no instadebit.
how do i deposit at pinnacle using instadebit?

If you are using a $US Dollar Pinnacle account you can't use Instadebit, Pinny only offers Instadebit for $CAD accounts.

I find this strange because my WSEX & Matchbook accounts are in US Dollars and I can use Instadebit with either of those two books no problem.

WSEX and Matchbook don't have U.S. restrictions either, so it does make sense.

Yes you must be right. I have a CAD $ account at Pinny, and can use Instadebit for deposits and withdrawls. That's all I have been using so far.
