I would take Bobby here. You may know posters but you obviously never seen what "special" people can do when angered. Bobby may look harmless enough but I can almost garuntee when he gets pissed he starts tearing up and then all hell breaks loose. Sammy would be able to dance around for a little while but eventually Bobby would rip that tat on Sammy's chest off with his bare teeth. Sammy most likely would resort to some of his wrestling techniques and attempt an ankle lock but sly as a fox Bobby and his Velcro shoes would be an easy escape. Ultimately Bobby would wrap Sammy up in his own Slinky and proceed to beat the ever loving crap out of Sammy.
