BetOnline customer service won't know what you're talking about, the promotion is from the SBR Store and the BOL marketing department. Open the account from the promo link provided and after you make the qualifying deposit, order the bonus from the store and it will be verified and credited today. You won't have to do anything other than that, and you can always PM me and I can check the status.
