Hey boys as you know I have an online girlfriend but that is all it is, we talk hrs at night as I post and gamble at SBR. The thing is I think it would be cool to talk on the phone and she says NO...online is better and she is still getting to know me. We have being chatting for 8 weeks or so 3 hrs per day. The worst part is her friend that knows me from the local area told her I am bad news and do not talk with me anymore and this upsets me. I cannot stand when a jealous friend pokes in and tries to break us up. I prefer phone talking as things are not read wrong. She has accused me of using her because she works at a bank about 40 miles away and I asked her about pushing a loan to to my way.

Will I get stresses over this too, she could be the one too. Well she did give me her number but it is a toll charge because not in my local area code so it could get costly. Secondly I called her twice the last 2 weeks and let the phone rung over 40 times each time and she did not answer and I know she was there because she was chatting with me. Clearly have not been around as long as some of the people here... but you need more confidence and patience like what was said.
Online dating is not my thing but it seems as though you feel uncomfortable when she doesn't respond to some of your questions and whatnot... Either confront it or dump her.... if shes the one she will keep you from leaving or come back in the end.
But patience is the key. Dont rush into something because you want it so bad... It obvious you do...

JJ, both methods suck! Extended phone or online chats with someone you're interested in has the danger of it developing into nothing more than friendship. Get the formalities out of the way, then set up a meeting. Webcam would be better in that at least you see each other and read body language during the chats.Comment -
