Advances means whoever wins so bet pays winner of the game even if it takes extra time or PK to determine winner so draw is no factor in the bet. If you think Uruguay can win in 90 min you can get +500 in sbr book.

He got one fish to bite the hook, but only a 10 point bet so if Uruguay does win EM would have only received another 1.5 points if he had bet it in the SBR Book so not that big of a deal but he also might have been nailed with a 1 point tax for sending the points to FH.
