dude, I have the same problem. My lady is a computer programer for a major defense contractor in San Diego. I own / drive a truck. She has friends and co-workers that have Phd's and so forth. Funny thing is, I make more in one trip than they do in a week.

Last year for the Academy Award's we were invited to a preview party. We were to watch all the nominated films before the Awards show. This chick was Mary's ex- room mate in college. She is a professor of Italian Studies now and her man is a typical euro type dude. Kinda looks like the Germany head coach. This co(k asks me what I thought about the movie JUNO. I tried to make some shit up but went with the " I didn't like the ending." I was snoozing thru that movie. Then he asks what type of movies I like. I told him I thought Transformers was good. He just about had a heart attack.

Not always! I've left one job for a different job more than once. Sometimes The last day was one of the best, I knew I wasn't returning and was free to speak my mind. The first day you don't know what to expect.

why people do not work for themselves is beyond me. Our system is set up for it, and you can try over, and over and over until something works. I am on my third bus. only because the body is getting old and hard to be in the field all day. None have failed but I have lost interest although they do keep a few people working.
Only takes minimal intelligence, lots of balls, and a few connections that you can make on your own.
Does everyone think you have to have some 'Great idea' to pursue something you love?
