professional athletes are taxed by each state they play in

either way most people don't know that nike will give lebron somewhere between 30 and 50 million extra per year for playing in chicago/new york/la versus smaller markets like cleveland/miami. at least that is the rumor i have heard from more than a couple credible sources.
