    Bwin problem - account disabled
    Hi,

On 23.11.2007 I opened an account at Bwin,
I deposited 500 euros using my **** debit card and I did not used any referral link for their sign up bonus, therefore I did not benefit from their bonus.
I placed some bets and lost around 300 euros. Yes, I'm not very lucky

Today I tried to log on to my account but I received the message "This account has been disabled. Please contact our Support Team."

I sent an e-mail to their Customer Support but I haven't received any response so far.
What do you think I should do?

    Regards.

          Hello,

Yes, I sent them my ID and my front of the Card which I used to deposit
          but look at this:
          :O

          Thank you for your e-mail.

We hereby confirm that we have received a copy of your ID. To process your outpayment we do, nevertheless, still require a copy of the back of your credit card, which unfortunately did not accompany your previous mail alongside the front of your Credit Card.

Please send us your CC copy via the following link:

Please ensure that the data does not exceed 5MB. You can scan and save the data as a .jpg file which should mean that any problems are avoided.

Our financial department will inform us of any changes to the status of your account when they have finished their investigation. We will contact you via e-mail as soon as we have further information regarding yur account.

We thank you for your cooperation on this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.

          Kind regards,

          Your bwin support team
          What can I do???
I did not even request an outpayment, I request that my account should be enabled, not disabled
How can I give them the back of my CC and what will stop them to use my CC for their own purposes :O
And even if I will send them, I can not login from that link, because my account is disabled

          Please, what should I do?

Give them what they ask for.

OK, I sent them even the back of the card, I'm curious what will they ask for next.
This is very surprising as I did not even benefit for a bonus from them

Congrats, not to say you jumped the gun on this, however some books are tightening their ships with regards to fraud and such, so it seems that you underwent a pre withdrawal registration/verification process. Good luck in the future winnings with this book!
