RJ Miller is dead, his brother JR is not. JR is a writer/salesman/tout, not a handicapper. He wrote for Hee Haw.

Don't do it. I thought he was a winning handicapper after I tracked him for five months and he won. Since that time he has lost a bundle.

JR miller has lost for nine consecutive months that I've tracked him, and he's down about 65 units since late 2005. He's unfortunately a piece of scum scamdicapper.
