Do you lose the bet if legalization is not passed in 2010 or is it a push? If it's a loss I would avoid altogether. If it's a push you should consider the fact you're tying up capital for another 6 months but if it doesn't bother you California at +125 looks good.

It won't ever be legal here. It will stay like it is though. Everyone around here has their Medical Marijuana card and can go into any of shops daily and buy whatever we want. Check out my rewards card!!! I use it up all the time!

Thing thing is if the public in California votes Yes in November it will go into the courts. So that makes this prop unplayable.

You can buy a gram to a half pound on a daily basis. The stores aren't linked together so you can go to all of them if you want. Most of the stores have around 15-30 different strains, maybe more or less at some stores. Prices are different depending on the kind you get. I just picked up a little Sweet Tooth and Purple Afghan today. Great deals on the both of them.
